They also ensure this practice exists throughout their supply chain.

They pay fair wages, provide safe working conditions, and respect the rights of workers – wherever they are in the world.

Human sustainability is a holistic approach to business, recognising the intricate connection between people and their environment.

Reviewing my company: environmental sustainability vs human sustainability

The nature of companies varies. Because of this, so does their approach to sustainability.

Some focus on environmental sustainability. Others on human sustainability. Some excel at both. Some are still making progress in either or both areas.
